Getting The Right Education

The first step is taking a pre-licensing course. What form this course takes will depend on which state you live in or plan on working in. Picking A Brokerage

Obtaining A License

Real estate is a commission based industry, and there will be a short period between starting in your new job role and earning any money.

To some extent, you can find your first clients through word of mouth – often friends or family will know of someone who wants to buy or sell a home.
